The aim of the day is to inform local churches in the region on the current opportunities for heating their buildings using a variety of efficient and sustainable technologies and fuels.

As the name implies, the document aims to guide those considering installing new heating through the planning and decision making processes involved. It is not intended to be an exhaustive guide to the more technical aspects of church heating, for which there are many excellent sources of information already. We are very grateful to all those, including a number of DAC Heating Advisors, who have given up their time to provide advice on the preparation of the document.
